If you'd prefer your bike delivered, we'll carefully box it up and send it to you. Please note that delivery charges apply due to the size and weight of bikes.

We also care deeply about the planet and the beautiful forest we call home. That's why we reuse good-quality packaging and bike boxes whenever possible to help reduce waste. So, if your new bike arrives in a different branded box, there's no need to worry—it's simply one of the ways we're doing our bit for the environment while making sure your bike arrives safely.

Delivery is free for orders over £50, NOT all items are eligible for free delivery and may include an additional surcharge. Please see terms and conditions for further delivery information. Delivery charges may vary depending on the items you plan to purchase. Specific items including bicycles will incur a minimum £20 delivery charge. Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in UK.

You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not used or damaged. Terms and conditions apply.

A Minimum restocking fee of £5.00 will apply to returns.
