The Process 246 is a lightweight, full suspension trail bike designed to help you shred more terrain with less effort. It's the perfect blend of efficiency and capability, ready to tackle everything from flowy singletrack to chunky terrain.

The Process 246 is a youth full suspension mountain bike built for young riders who are ready to take their trail riding somewhere bigger. We made it so the next generation of shredders can ride the way they are only beginning to dream about, with the same capable and confidence inspiring Process DNA as our full size mountain bikes.

Its highly tunable design can run matching 26” wheels or a mixed 26 and 24”, allowing the bike to adapt to rider size, terrain, and riding style. Adjustable reach brake levers give smaller hands precise control, while intuitive suspension, generous standover clearance, and an efficient pedalling platform help riders climb confidently and charge everything from backyard jump lines to the worlds gnarliest bike parks. Adults built the bike. We’ll let the little ones take it from here.

Free in-store collection is available 7 days a week from 9:00am–5:00pm.

If you'd prefer your bike delivered, we'll carefully box it up and send it to you. Please note that delivery charges apply due to the size and weight of bikes.

As a family-owned business, we're passionate about bikes and are always happy to help. Whether you need advice on unboxing, assembling, or setting up your new bike, we're just a phone call or message away.

We also care deeply about the planet and the beautiful forest we call home. That's why we reuse good-quality packaging and bike boxes whenever possible to help reduce waste. So, if your new bike arrives in a different branded box, there's no need to worry—it's simply one of the ways we're doing our bit for the environment while making sure your bike arrives safely.
