The clutch uses a proprietary ratchet-and-pawl tension assembly for more durable and stronger chain management over rough terrain. This modular design is also easily adjustable and fully repairable. The derailleur kinematics are also precisely tuned to use a more direct cable path, making the shifting response consistent across all gears. With bombproof construction capable of handling the realest mountain bike abuse, ADVENT competes favorably with drivetrains that cost twice as much.

On the trail, the goal is to think about your shifting as little as possible. Trail Trigger shifters feature millimeter-perfect ergonomics to put the shift levers exactly where you want them, giving you quick thumb access without compromising your grip over rough terrain. Light lever action is paired with super positive indexing to make sure you never miss a shift.

When it comes to adventurous riding, a wider gear range is often better. With 9 speed and a 11-46T range, the ADVENT cassette has the low gears you need to get up and the high gears to get back down. The steps between gears are optimized to give an even spread in gear ratios, reducing the need for double-shifting to find the right gear.
